New OC

Yes... This is my new OC Prussija (I haven't got ideas for better name). She is Prussia's (from hetalia) cousin, but she lives in Russia. She's got 12 lives (look at her "wings", she's got "rubies". These are her lives) but currently 11. (I know, anatomy is terrible ;) )
